Nevada Privacy Rights

On June 12, 2017, Nevada’s Governor Sandoval signed a new online  privacy policy law.  This law will take effect on October 1, 2017.  This law specifies that all Privacy Notice’s must (1) identify the categories of personally identifiable information (“PII”) collected through the Website and the categories of third parties with whom PII may be shared; (2) provide information about users’ ability to review and request changes to PII collected through the Website; (3) disclose whether third parties may collect information about users’ online activities from the Website; and (4) provide an effective date of the notice.

Third party provider

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., (hereinafter, “Shopify”) a third party provider.  Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.  Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.  Shopify adheres to its own “terms and conditions,” and “privacy policy.”


If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

IP Address

An IP (Internet Protocol) address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your internet service provider.  Your IP address is not linked to your Personal Information, but Elixirpure, Inc. does reserve the right to use IP addresses to identify individuals who threaten the Website or other users or visitors.  IP addresses may also be used to help diagnose problems with the Website and to gather broad demographic information.

Third-Party Applications

Some Users or visitors may connect with the Website using Facebook or other social media.  If you decide to connect to the Website through an external, third-party application, you will be granting Elixirpure, Inc. permission to receive information from such third-party applications.

Other Information

When you access the Website, Elixirpure, Inc. will automatically receive some information about your use of the Website.  The type of information that is automatically collected by Elixirpure, Inc. includes such things as the date and time of access of the Website, the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer that you are using, the domain and host from which you access the Internet, your browser software and operating system, the referring Website address, and the kinds of activities you are engaging in on the Website.  This information helps us improve and enhance the Website to better meet the needs of its users.

Elixirpure, Inc. contracts with non-affiliated third parties/business partners to host the Website and to provide data collection and reports regarding Visitors’ activities on the Website. Regardless of whether a User has chosen to limit Elixirpure, Inc.’s sharing of Personal Information as collected on the Website, Elixirpure, Inc. may, without restriction, use, share and disclose aggregated statistics about Users, along with specific information concerning individual Users that is not Personal Information in any way permitted by applicable law.

Use of  Cookies and Web Beacons

Use of Google Analytics

Elixirpure, Inc. uses a web analytics tool called Google Analytics that helps Website and mobile application owners understand how visitors engage with their Websites.  We can view a variety of reports about how Visitors interact with our Website so we can improve it.  Google Analytics collects information anonymously.  Google Analytics uses cookies and IP addresses, and reports Website trends without identifying individual Visitors. Do Not Track Signals
